: Multi-Technician for NOOR Villas

Our exclusive villas provide an exquisite escape into opulence and tranquility. We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technician to join our team and uphold the high standards of our property.

Role Overview: As a Multi-Technician at NOOR Villas, you will be integral to the smooth operation and maintenance of our villa facilities. Your role will involve a variety of technical tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to those willing to relocate to Goa at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance: Conduct inspections, repairs, and installations of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and electrical appliances.
• Plumbing Maintenance: Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and repairs of fixtures and piping systems.
• General Maintenance: Oversee routine upkeep of villa facilities, including HVAC systems, pools, and landscaping elements.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent potential issues and ensure optimal performance of all systems.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, minimizing downtime and guest inconvenience.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure effective villa upkeep and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Multi-Technician or in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various technical issues. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, pool maintenance, and general building upkeep is preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local area and suppliers is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates already based in Goa.
• Relocation: Candidates from outside Goa must be willing to relocate at their own expense. Assistance with relocation is not provided.
• Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electrical work, plumbing, or general maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
