Job Description

• Responsibilities - Daily recording of main A/C plant chiller parameters.


• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of the A/C plant and associated machinery.


• Operation and maintenance of all AHU, window and split A/C units.


• Operation and maintenance of all refrigerators, water coolers and water dispensers.


• Operation and maintenance of medical gas plant and distribution.


• Attend complaints/breakdown calls related to HVAC received by telephone or rounds by H/K department.


• Operation and maintenance of Gurgaon clinic A/C units.


• Operation and maintenance of fan coil units of patient rooms.


• Adhering to Cleaning schedule of AHU filters.


• Responsible for replacing the filters as per dates or culture report of operation theatres.


• Maintain diesel pumps, stock of diesel and consumption by Generators and laundry.


• Operation of LT Panels and maintaining power factor above 86.


• Operation of Medical Gas Bank and associated machinery.


• Operation of all plants and machinery.


• Operation of plumbing pumps and water supply system.


• Qualifications and Experience - Master's degree in Food and Nutrition/ Physiotherapy.
• A minimum experience of 5 years as Lamaze Educator/Women's Health Educator
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent Communication skills/ Interpersonal skills
