As MTS in the Identity Engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's identity and access management systems. You will architect and implement robust solutions to complex problems. Our team is fast and innovative, following agile methodologies. Your day to day
• Actively engage with leadership across Product, Architecture, Design and Engineering to design, propose, discuss and refine new features and functionality.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative identity solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders on technical standards, principles, methodologies and trends.
• Enhance overall system operational characteristics by establishing best practices for code quality, reduction in tech debt, building frameworks or shared techniques to improve engineering effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for refactoring, API changes, solution designs and other types of tech debt remediation.
• Work with standards defining organizations to understand the evolving standards, identify gaps, provide inputs on platform gaps, contribute to roadmap planning to build world class CIAM platform.
• Drive decision-making with team members with different views for simple to complex problems with the business requirements to help synthesize the best solution.
What do you need to bring-
Your day to day as a Fullstack Java Developer
• 8+ years of experience in building scalable distributed software systems.
• Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills. Proficient in at least one programming language - preferably Java and/or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of architectural considerations such as security, performance, scalability, reliability.
• Proficient in full stack development using Java EE technologies (e. g. Java language, application servers, servlet containers, JMS, JPA, Spring, Spring Boot, JAX-RS, Hibernate or equivalent) or JS stack (Node JS, React JS etc).
• Working knowledge of RDBMS. Understanding of NoSQL and other modern database and storage technologies is desirable.
• Experience in testing frameworks, build tools and CI processes/tools.
• Strong advocate of code craftsmanship and quality deliverables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in working with cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix organizations.
