Job Overview

They will take care of all Technical related support provided to require in day to day operations for the maintenance department.

Electrical work, DG operations, Lift Operations, Handling AC operations,

Providing Exhaust and Fresh air services as per designated operations time of the outlets.

Responsibilities and Duties

LT changeover Common area and brands daily utilities reading Day to day electrical connections. Lift Operations AC Operations Water pumping system Exhaust & Fresh Air Operations Mall light operations timings DG Operations Transformer Operations IGL operations and daily reading Efficient Water supplies. FLS related support ( Smoke detector, Sprinklers etc) Internet services support Water body operations
