Job Description


Drive scientific and medical engagement with a broad range of stakeholders. The MSL Lead will play a pivotal role in the communication of scientific data and research to healthcare professionals while leading a team in the region.

  • Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons.
  • Develop and maintain scientific and medical knowledge in therapy area - diabetes or cardio-vascular domain.
  • Communicate scientific data to healthcare professionals.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the relevant therapy areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Drive medical strategy and provide scientific input into marketing plans.
  • Provide scientific training to internal stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Medical Science Liaisoning domain.
  • S/he should have had an exposure to the diabetes or cardio-vascular therapy areas.
  • The ideal candidate should have a medical background - MBBS/MD/BDS/or other relevant subject areas
  • The location for the role will be either Gurgaon or Mumbai
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills - the candidate should have an extensive experience of working and managing large teams
