Primary Responsibilities MSI Application Packaging for Windows 10. Perform the full lifecycle of software packaging from discovery and requirements gathering, analysis, packaging and customization Create MSI packages using Admin Studio (silent installations) Knowledge of conflict resolution Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell) Adhering to Microsoft Best practices Work in a disciplined and structured manner in accordance with ITIL based service management processes Handle customer problems promptly escalate issues according to established procedures. Document trouble-shooting procedures. 3+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study. Packaging Skills: Installshield 12x and MSIX. Tools: Orca, VM Ware. Operation Systems: Win 10/20012/16. Virtualization and Streaming tool: Microsoft Virtualization Tool (MSIX), Citrix Server. Scripting Tool: In Depth working Experience on WMI scripting, MS-DOS Scripting and PowerShell.
