Prakara's World of Nursing (WON) is a three-pronged solution where nursing students, professionals, and recruiters are catered to with our EdTech platform, Skill Development modules, and Placement services. Mainly up-skilling Training for Nurses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Update nursing skills modules according to current practices.
• Coordinate presentation schedules at hospitals and colleges.
• Demonstrate and teach nursing skills modules.
• Evaluate candidates' participation and progress in training.
• Document educational outcomes.
• Revise educational programs as needed to meet standards.
• Incorporate trends and guidelines from institutions and nursing councils.
• Contribute to the academic community through leadership.
• Enhance clinical competence and confidence in nursing teams.
• Collaborate with business development for promotion and presentations.
• Develop modules and question banks for various training formats.
• Identify and update nursing skill requirements regularly.
• Foster team spirit and cohesion.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS-

• •Masters of Science in Nursing from a registered nursing body is mandatory. •
• Current valid license as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in clinical and teaching settings preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
