### Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #linkedin You will be mainly accountable for: o Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services. o Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. o Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility. o Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting Microsoft Office 365 service. You will be part of a team responsible for applying broad IS technology knowledge and expertise to support global business needs and help solve challenging topics

### Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Windows server and PowerShell.
• More than 3 years of experience in IT service operation working as IS Specialist with Microsoft office 365 service.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus)
• You are passionate about collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in information technology, fluency in spoken and written English
