The world is how we shape it.The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions.As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in architecting and designing the end-to-end solutions that align with the customer's business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of solution/system/integration architectures, strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Architect comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with the enterprise IT landscape and strategy.
• Formally document the system/solution architecture as per customer's standards.
• Play the design authority role to ensure that the design adheres to architecture and established standards.
• Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop and refine architecture principles, standards and guidelines.
• Mentor and guide technical leads and development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advising on their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into effective technology solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, fostering a shared understanding of solution architectures.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed architectures and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct regular reviews of project architectures to ensure adherence to established standards.

Strong experience in solution architecture with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level solutions.Proven expertise in multiple technology domains such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, data management, integration and BI & analytics.Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles and best practices.Proven experience in technical/application architecture in one of the technology ecosystems such as J2EE, .NET and NodeJS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in one or more IT domains such as Portfolio Management, PLM, ERP, CRM, CMS are good to have.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.QualificationsB.E/B.Tech/M.C.AAdditional InformationAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
