The Cloud Managed Services Operations team within Cloud Managed Services provides support to run the business including the following: financial management, billing and collections, practice communications, business development and sales strategy support, practice budgeting, utilization and leadership support

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement, and Maintain: Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and deliver high-availability and performance.
• Code Development: Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using best software development practices.
• Application Support: Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, including troubleshooting and debugging existing applications.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements for processes and technologies.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Documentation: Prepare and produce releases of software components, and document development processes, code, and applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
• Technical Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.
+ Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc.
+ Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
+ Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
+ Understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills •:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
