Mode - Work From Office(5 Days)Time \xe2\x80\x93 India Time and U.S overlap.Work Location \xe2\x80\x93 Hyderabad:The Dynamics GP Engineer supports applications associated with and including Microsoft Dynamics GP. This role also serves as a key liaison, trainer, and business process expert for ERP systems, supporting all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP and internal user requests. This candidate will work closely with Accounting and IT to support Dynamics GP, third party products, and inbound and outbound integrations with other software solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of Dynamics GP experience.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as an ERP Systems Admin or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Supporting multiple Microsoft Dynamics-GP environments, Test and Production

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics-GP user problems and deliver resolutions on time.

• Working knowledge of sound accounting principles and financial aspects of an ERP system.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues, risks and other considerations related to the GP functionality.

• Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.

• Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes.

• Be knowledgeable with Customizations and Integration tools, Modified Forms and Reports, SSRS, Smart List Builder, eConnect Integrations, SSIS, Jet Reports, Scribe, and Crystal Reports.
