We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.What you will be doing:

• Install, configure, and maintain Dynamics CRM instances.
• Monitor CRM system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability, manage CRM security, including user roles and permissions.
• Conduct regular system audits and apply necessary updates and patches.
• Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements, develop and maintain custom entities, plugins, and integrations using CRM SDK and development tools.
• Implement business rules and automation processes within the CRM, oversee data imports, exports, and migrations.
• Maintain data integrity and quality through regular checks and validations, develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

What you bring :

• Provide technical support to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide CRM solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM data to generate business reports and support decision-making processes.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems.
• Work with developers to build and deploy custom solutions within the CRM environment. Ensure integration solutions are secure, efficient, and scalable.
