Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Azure Solution Architect

: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Architect with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform on Azure cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding for Microsoft D365 solution, data storage, power automate, service bus and other cloud solutions used in the context of D365.

Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: - Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on backend development. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and project timelines. - Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Data storage, Plugins, Function Apps, Power Automate, Service Bus and CI/CD pipelines.

2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development: - Design and develop customizations, plugins, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Implement and customize business processes using the Power Platform. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services as needed.

3. Cloud Backend Development: - Architect and implement backend solutions on any cloud platform with preference to Azure. - Develop and maintain serverless and microservices-based applications using Function Apps and Managed App Services with preference to Azure - Implement data storage and retrieval solutions using Cloud Storage and Cloud managed SQL Database with preference to Azure

4. Integration and APIs: - Design and implement integration solutions with third-party systems and services. - Develop and consume APIs using REST and other standard protocols. - Ensure seamless data flow between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and existing Azure services as well as new ones.

5. Security and Compliance: - Implement security best practices for both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.

6. Performance Optimization: - Optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 and Azure backend solutions. - Conduct performance testing and tuning to ensure optimal system responsiveness.

7. DevOps and CI/CD: - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth and reliable release processes.

8. Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, architectures, and processes. - Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and across relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications: 1. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and cloud backend development. - Proven experience leading development teams in complex projects. 3. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development. - Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database. - Experience with C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies. 4. Certifications: - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure are highly desirable. 5. Leadership Skills: - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. 6. Problem-Solving: - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions. - Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
