It\xe2\x80\x99s a Dynamics 365 Customer Service based project which include Omnichannel & Social Media Integration. This system will be used by the CC Agents/Supervisors to get engaged with SONY Customers and Create cases for the Issues/queries and integrate with other SONY systems

• Education level - BE/BTech.

[Job Overview]:

• Required 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with software development, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

[Primary Skills]:

• Minimum 4 years relevant experienced in MSD365 CRM Functional Consultant having Customer Service module expertise
• Must have participated in min 2 end to end implementation
• Having good analytical and problem-solving skills

[Good to have Skills]:

• Experience in Azure services
• Having good analytical and problem-solving skills

[Responsibilities and Duties]:

• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Demonstrate CRM solution capabilities to the client
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

• Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment
