Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service applications (at least 5 full implementations).
Architect, design, upgrade, and integrate business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Work on key elements like work orders, scheduling, dispatching, mobile applications, asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns.
Manage time tracking for field service technicians.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Expertise in customizing, configuring, and developing using Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.
Experience with integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerApps, and WebAPI.
Strong data migration skills using tools like SSIS, PowerQuery, and KingsWaySoft.
Proficiency with Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Automate, and Portals.
Knowledge of PowerApps governance and DLP policies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with web technologies like ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, and jQuery.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
