• Installation of Exchange Server 2013, Active Directory.

• Incident management support on office365, outlook client and active sync related issues.
• Mailboxes migration from Exchange Server 2010 to Exchange Server 2013 through Power Shell.
• Troubleshooting the Migration and Exchange issues (Pre Migration and Post Migration)
• Installation of Patches in Exchange Servers and DAG Servers.
• Creation of Shared, Linked Mailboxes and providing access to the shared mailboxes.
• In-depth Knowledge and troubleshooting Skills on Windows 2008/2012, Exchange Server2010/2013 ,Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print servers
• Good Knowledge on Information Security, Backup, Failover Clustering, Linux and Documentation Skills.
• Active Directory: Perform Active Directory Services management, troubleshooting, replication, performance tuning, security, Disaster Recovery planning and implementation, Group Policy design and implementation.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
