Job Description

Overall site management and leadership of whole site team. Understanding full scope of the contract and administrating the contract with client related to site activities. Ensuring activities are performed safely and in compliance with the applicable project OSH policy, local laws and statutory requirements, such as relevant whole guidelines or directives Execution of all facets of construction. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials management, etc.). Planning the construction activities, ensuring quality of deliverable, and meeting the time schedule. Site administration. (leave, statutory norms, site establishment/infrastructure, etc.). Administering contract with the sub-contractors. Managing Execution activities as per schedule & forecast probable slippages and take mitigation measures. Multitasking and executing all activities as per schedule. Handing over the site to commissioning team after the completion of construction activities. Ensuring timely site closure. Meeting the client\'s project schedule (e.g., key milestones) and developing a reliable open book cost estimate Involvement of execution personnel during the engineering phase to develop module/prefabrication concepts, constructability and operation and maintenance expertise Monitor progress and cost development and to prepare comprehensive project reports, with a continuous focus on activities identified as critical Timely Billing and collection of payment
