Key Responsibilities:
• QMS Implementation & Maintenance
• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Ensure effective documentation of processes, policies, and procedures.
• Drive awareness of quality objectives and policies across the organization.
• Audit Management
• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for certification bodies and auditors.
• Address audit findings by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Management Reviews
• Organize and lead management review meetings to evaluate QMS performance.
• Present quality metrics, audit results, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on QMS performance.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement within quality and operational processes.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Promote a culture of quality and continual improvement across all departments.
• Training & Development
• Conduct training programs to enhance employee awareness of quality standards and responsibilities.
• Mentor team members on QMS-related practices and compliance.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality expectations and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 5+ years in quality management roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards.
• Certifications : Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification in ISO
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM)
