  • Administration and Configuration of WebSphere MQ 75 8090 91 on different environments like Aix Solaris Linux Windows
  • Installation Upgradation of WebSphere MQ on various Authorized Platforms
  • Setting MQ clustering HA environment triggering monitoring and defining MQ objects in Unix Windows Platforms
  • Providing Enhanced support for all new projects wherever MQ is involved
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of SSL for Queue managers
  • Be available to join Production outage calls Work with IBM vendor for any product related issues and apply fix Applying patches for IBM WebSphere MQ and Setting up subscriptions on Message Queuing
  • Supporting 24x7 model and weekend oncall support in troubleshooting problems to help systems stability and integrity which results in customers utmost satisfaction
  • Good knowledge in the functionality of ITIL process which includes Change management Incident management Problem management and Release management
  • Participated in MQ Disaster Recovery exercise on Unix environments
  • Strong debugging and problemsolving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies techniques and tools
  • Must have experience in IBM Sterling Connect Direct 4x
  • Must have experience in IBM MQ 8x
  • Must have experience on in SSL certificates to configure and troubleshoot SSL connection issues
  • Hands on experience in any ScriptingProgramming language Unix python and Ansible
  • Strong in writing the script for any project requirement like monitoring installation and upgrade and automation scripts in Unixpython
  • Working experience on UNIXLINUX environments with MQTIBCO Installation scripted deployments
  • Good to have knowledge on programming language JavaPython and shell scripting
  • Able to support multiple applications like Java SpringBoot NodeJS etc
  • Good to have knowledge on version control tool bitbucket and uDeploy
  • Good to have knowledge on messaging system like AMQ TIBCO Kafka etc
  • Good to have knowledge on EMS 80 BW 5x Active Space 2x and above Java Red hat Fuse Active MQ
  • Good to have knowledge on TIBCO BW application development and should be able to understand and analyze existing codebase
  • Good to have knowledge on command on Unix like operating systems and Shell scripting is an added advantage
  • Good to have knowledge on Various TIBCO products configuring deploying troubleshooting and monitoring
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills decision making ability and be able to display the sense of urgency and complete ownership
  • Ability to handle a high pressure environment and be prepared to jump right in to address any product
