Job OverviewMould Designer - Injection Molding position with a leading HR consultancy. This full-time role is based in Gurgaon. Salary range is competitive and will be based on experience.Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop injection molds according to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure mold designs meet requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies and make recommendations for mold improvements.
- Test and validate mold designs to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design or production issues related to molds.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mould designing in the injection molding industry.
- Proficient in CAD software for designing injection molds.
- Strong understanding of materials used for injection molding processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
