Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about motor insurance products and services.
• Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide necessary information.
• Sales and Renewals:
• Educate customers on insurance renewal policies, premium amounts, and benefits.
• Persuade potential clients to purchase or renew motor insurance policies.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and pending payments.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist customers with documentation required for policy issuance or renewal.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages like English, Hindi, or regional language].
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Customer Focus: Ability to handle different customer profiles with professionalism.
