HIRING Motor Controller Inverter design - Hardware A Leading global automotive systems & components manufacturer is looking for suitable candidates : 1) Master degree in Power electronics / Phd with (minimum 10 years\' experience) 2) Sound knowledge on designing for the Inverter circuits for the PMSM Motor for the EV application (Low voltage 48V/96V Dc and high voltage 300V Dc to 800V Dc). 3) Power Architecture development with MOSFET / IGBT and feasibility studies. 4) Heat sink selection and power device mounting technics. 5) High voltage packaging verification for the Creepage and clearance 6) Experience in PWM switching technics Power loss optimization and power loss calculation 7) Experience in custom Analog IC circuit design, including design of amplifiers, comparators, references, bias circuits Mixed signal IC circuit design, and sampling circuits. 8) Proven track record at each of the following stages in product development: Design partitioning and error /noise budgeting, knowledge of device matching, parasitic extraction, signal integrity and for EMI/EMC & ESD. 9) Detailed design and simulation of analog building blocks , Power circuit ,voltage regulators, dc-dc switching regulators. 10) Knowledge on power dissipation calculation and thermal management APPLY NOW SEND YOUR CV TO: [HIDDEN TEXT] 11) Chip level design verification of complex designs. 12) Experience in designing circuits with hall effect sensors for Current and rotor position monitoring. 13) Experience in Motor driver circuit for 3phase and 6 phase (minimum 35 years\' experience) 14) Experience in High voltage & High Power MOSFET design including DC-DC boost converter, DC-DC negative converter, and LDO (minimum three years\' experience) 15) Design validation simulation, pre and post layout Design review -planning and supervision Physical verification of layout against the schematic. 16) Experience in Packaging of electromechanical components 17) Experience in schematic and PCB layout design Review 18) Experience in IATF16949 / ASPICE process 19) DFMEA/Functional safety (FuSa). 20) DFM/DFA/DFT Verification For detailed please visit : https://beechi.in/job-openings/ Work Location : Chennai CTC: 20.0 to 25.0 LPA 9845264304 / 9035007003 /9035302302
