HIRING Motor Controller Digital control design - Hardware A Leading global automotive systems & components manufacturer is looking for suitable candidates : 1) Master\'s degree in Electronics / Phd with (Overall experience of 10 years\' and above) 2) Sound knowledge on designing digital circuits with 16 bit and 32-bit micro controllers / Microprocessor based HW design for the Automotive application (minimum 5 years\' experience) 3) Architecture development and feasibility studies ECU designs. 4) Experience in custom Analog IC circuit design, including design of amplifiers, comparators, logic gate circuit, references, bias circuits Mixed signal IC circuit design, and sampling circuits. 5) Proven track record at each of the following stages in product development: Design partitioning and error /noise budgeting, knowledge of device matching, parasitic extraction, signal integrity and for EMI/EMC & ESD. 6) Detailed design and simulation of basic analog building blocks and one or more of the following subsystems: ADC, DAC, clocking systems, voltage regulators, dc-dc switching regulators. 7) Knowledge on power dissipation calculation and thermal management for the ECU 8) High speed PCB design verification - SI and EMI/EMC 9) Experience in Motor driver digital circuit for 3phase (minimum 3 years\' experience) 10) Design validation simulation, pre and post layout Design review -planning and supervision Physical verification of layout against the schematic. 11) Experience in Packaging of electromechanical components 12) Experience in ISO/IATF16949 process 13) DFMEA/Functional safety (FuSa). 14) DFM/DFA/DFT Verification 15) Experience in board development and testing 16) Automotive communication interface hardware development (CAN, LIN, K-line etc..)
