The ideal candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Designing and demonstrate expertise in After Effects and Premier Pro. • Communicate and enforce best practices related to workflow and tools.

• Propose improvements to digital production workflow and planning process.

• Create high-quality art files for advertising and communication materials.

• Manage the user interface (UI) design, including the visual aspect.

• Develop and advocate the visual design philosophy.

• Provide creative direction and establish templates/styles for client brands.

• Provide accurate time estimations for design tasks.

• Delegate and supervise graphic development by Media/Graphics Analyst or Senior Analyst and/or contractors.

• Assist the Creative Lead in devising a visual design strategy.

• Execute and/or supervise the design and production of graphics for information visualization, learning activities, and other required areas.

• Perform Quality Assurance on both personal and teammates
