We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled motion graphics designer to join the motion design function within our Creative Services team.

This is a hands-on position that includes concepting and creating videos with a focus on storyboarding, motion design, assembly, editing, color grading and production management. You will control the production process end-to-end, ensuring quality execution and efficient workflows.

You will report to the Team Leader within the organisation. We require our teams to work on site.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Motion Graphics Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with the internal and client account teams, leadership and peers to envision, create and deliver scalable, on-brand graphic, motion and video design solutions that will deliver across KlarusTech's clients' social media platforms and more
• Work closely with your peers in the Brand, Design and Creative Services functions to ensure high quality, consistent design solutions in keeping with the firm's brand guidelines and client experience principles
• Direct motion and video designers -- and third-party vendors when necessary -- to create exceptional storyboard concepts, animations and videos
• Understand the Creative team's overall pipeline to proactively manage time and deadlines, and report daily and weekly metrics on completed projects
• Research, discover and implement new motion tools, technologies and industry best practices to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of KlarusTech's motion capabilities
• Design & Create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Event Videos, Product Animation videos, Text based typography videos)
• Should have knowledge of photography to shoot reel and make small videos

What We Value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of and/or experience working in Lightroom will be an add on
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook
• Flair and passion for motion concept development and storyboarding
• Proactive, strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a rigorous approach
• Have a strong understanding of animation fundamentals, best practices and trends
• Ability to lead motion projects, in both a hands-on design and production capacity, and directing other designers
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently or within a group -- and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to coach and jointly develop designers to raise the bar on conceptual thinking and sophisticated execution of motion graphics content
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and a relentless drive to innovate
• Good written and oral communication skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Audio-visual Communications, Graphic Design or Motion Design OR commensurate design experience along with a bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in video and motion graphic development in a fast-paced environment
• A compelling demo/show reel is a must

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
