Motion Graphic Designer Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, self-starter to be a key contributor in building an iconic Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a skilled Motion Graphics designer with a compelling portfolio of aesthetically pleasing, memorable, distinctive and most importantly effective creatives. What\xe2\x80\x99s on offer - The chance to be part of a young, fun and growing organization and the opportunity to build hands on a top-notch client, project and agency portfolio. \xe2\x96\xaa Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design \xe2\x96\xaa Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print \xe2\x96\xaa Creating visually stunning and effective motion graphics for a variety of projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content. \xe2\x96\xaa Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists to ensure the design vision is brought to life accurately. \xe2\x96\xaa Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines \xe2\x96\xaa Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each design job. \xe2\x96\xaa Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time \xe2\x96\xaa Making convincing and well-thought-through presentations of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers. \xe2\x96\xaa Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all design projects. \xe2\x96\xaa Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns \xe2\x96\xaa Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts. \xe2\x96\xaa Keep abreast of latest developments in design principles as well as technology and educate peers through informal and formal discussions. Who You Are Competency \xe2\x96\xaa The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent animation skills, and experience working with industry-standard software. \xe2\x96\xaa The candidate should be expertly proficient with the complete Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, AI, CorelDraw, and InDesign. \xe2\x96\xaa Demonstrated expertise in creating Motion Graphics \xe2\x96\xaa Prior experience in an Advertising agency is required. \xe2\x96\xaa Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Design, or related fields. \xe2\x96\xaa Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.
