Job Description

A Motion Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for creating animated graphics, video content, and visual effects for various media platforms, including television, film, digital advertising, websites, and social media. They combine design, animation, and technology to communicate ideas, messages, or stories through visually dynamic and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Animation:
• Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations for digital media, commercials, websites, social media platforms, and more.
• Develop storyboards, concept art, and rough layouts to visualize the overall concept and flow of a project.
• Animate graphics, logos, text, and illustrations, using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to understand project goals, timelines, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics into live-action footage, ensuring seamless transitions and a cohesive look.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is executed effectively while offering creative input.
• Branding and Design:
• Design graphics and visual assets that align with a brand's identity and messaging.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style throughout all projects, ensuring cohesion in design elements, typography, and color schemes.
• Creative Problem-Solving:
• Translate complex ideas or information into engaging, visually appealing content that is easily understood by the target audience.
• Innovate and experiment with new techniques and trends in motion graphics design to enhance visual storytelling.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
• Prepare final deliverables in required formats and resolutions, whether for web, print, or broadcast.
• Post-production:
• Work with video editors to finalize compositions, making adjustments to timing, color grading, and overall visual design.
• Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other finishing touches to ensure high-quality final output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education : A degree in graphic design, animation, film production, or a related field is typically preferred, but a strong portfolio can often suffice.
• Software Proficiency :
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Experience with compositing software (e.g., Nuke, Fusion) may be beneficial.
• Design Skills : Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving : Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to visual challenges.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
• Time Management : Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail : Precision in animation, design, and execution of creative concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
