Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Design/Artist with a strong background in the film industry and documentaries . The ideal candidate should possess over 4 years of hands-on experience in creating compelling and visually striking motion graphics that enhance storytelling across various platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with Directors, Video Editors, and other creative teams to design and animate graphics for film, television, and documentary projects. Your ability to bring innovative visual concepts to life while maintaining the integrity of the story is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various projects, including promotional videos, commercials, social media content, and corporate presentations.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Utilize graphic design, animation, and video editing software to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
• Edit raw video footage, adding effects, graphics, and transitions to create cohesive and compelling narratives.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all motion graphic and video editing assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Review and make necessary corrections to video and motion graphic content based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Organize and manage digital assets, maintaining a structured archive for easy retrieval and use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Specialist and Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a production house or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Understanding of video production processes and workflows.
