CreativFish is seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team in Thane, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling visual content that aligns with our clients\' branding and marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for a wide range of digital content, including social media posts, advertisements, videos, and more. Edit and enhance raw video footage, applying creative video editing techniques to produce visually stunning and cohesive final products. Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project objectives, ensuring a high level of quality and creativity. Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) to create visually appealing animations, motion graphics, and special effects. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually improve and innovate in motion graphics and video editing. Work closely with clients and the internal team to understand their vision and provide expert advice on how to best convey their message through visual content. Collaborate with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Optimize video and motion graphics for various platforms and devices, keeping in mind the requirements of different social media channels. Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent understanding of video production, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative and technical skills in motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of current design and animation trends.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality work.
• A bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field is a plus.
