- Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics and video edits for digital platforms including web, mobile, and social media.

- Storytelling: Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging narratives using motion graphics and design elements.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and client inputs to refine and enhance creative outputs.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and animations are aligned with Business Jeeto's branding guidelines.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency:

- Expert in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

- Knowledge of additional tools like Illustrator

- Creative Vision: Ability to bring static designs to life through animation and storytelling.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interpret feedback and articulate ideas effectively.

- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address challenges with innovative solutions.

- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and animation work is required.
