Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating visually engaging motion graphics and animations that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, presentations, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content teams to create compelling designs that meet project objectives.
• Translate complex ideas into visually engaging animations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, animation, and multimedia technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.
• Prepare design files, storyboards, and prototypes for review and final production.
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs to achieve desired outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Experience in 2D/3D animation, video editing, and composing.
• Understanding of storytelling techniques and pacing in video content.
• Knowledge of sound design and integration in animations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
