We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, graphic design, and video editing, with the ability to conceptualize and create visually engaging content for various platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Animation:
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for projects.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Video Production:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, including the addition of motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure video content meets project requirements and deadlines.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and visual storytelling.
• Provide input on creative strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Optimize motion graphics and video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and video production.
• Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring efficient workflows and accessibility for the team.
• Ensure all projects meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.

• Strong conceptual and design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and receive constructive feedback.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience in the real estate, advertising, or digital marketing industries is a bonus.
• Knowledge of video compression formats and techniques for digital platforms.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
