We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, storytelling, and a deep understanding of motion graphics and animation. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an ability to bring visual concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and create visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital platforms.
• Animation Creation: Develop animations that align with project themes, enhancing storytelling and visual impact.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded footage, incorporating graphics, sound, and animations to produce polished final videos.
• Graphics Integration: Design and incorporate graphic elements, including text overlays, 2D/3D elements, transitions, and other dynamic visuals to enhance video content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals are consistent with our brand guidelines and style.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to understand project needs and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on current design and animation trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance our digital content.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant animation and design software.
• Design Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in motion graphics, video editing, and storytelling through visuals.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to bring creative ideas to life through motion and design, with a focus on detail and aesthetics.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• 3D Animation: Knowledge of 3D animation software like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Illustration Skills: Ability to create custom illustrations for use in animations.
• Sound Editing: Basic understanding of sound editing software to enhance video production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
