Job description

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, advertisements, website content, and internal communications. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects.

Should have experience in Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.

Develop visual ideas and animations that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Create compelling motion graphics and animations using software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate.

Design and animate visual elements, including text, icons, and graphics, to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Work on video editing tasks, including assembling footage, applying effects, and syncing audio with animations.

Ensure that all motion graphics and animations are of high quality and meet project specifications.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and improve motion graphics.

Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback while maintaining creative vision.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to motion graphics production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animations.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and other relevant motion graphics software.

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?35,533.45 - ?45,854.92 per month
