Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer, with 5+ years of industry experience, who can understand a brief, conceptualize the output, create a visual storyboard,

and translate it into effective videos of communication. The ideal candidate should have an eye

for clean and artful design, possess superior skills in audio-video editing, and must be a pro at

masterfully bringing visual elements and stories to life within dedicated timelines.


About the role:

o Plan, conceptualize and layout for motion graphic films. o Design and create storyboards.

• Understanding varied forms of briefs to create video deliverables like corporate videos,


videos for sales and marketing, events, product videos, e-Learning, websites, marketing

demos, and video infographics for various media platforms.

• Have appropriate knowledge of audio, colors, animations etc. required in film making.
• Edit raw video footage and add effect/elements/animations to enhance the motion


graphic.

• Research and analyze best design techniques and keep up to date with the latest trends


and technologies.

• Manage time effectively to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
• Solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Take full ownership of a job, its deliverables and client communication.

What we expect of you:

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Motion Graphic/Animation studies.
• 5+ years' experience in a relevant field of motion graphics, audio-video editing, and


animation, probably in an independent role.

• International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working


with international companies and customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of animation and editing principles.
• Ability to create storyboards for ideation.
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite especially Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere,


Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Audition.

• Understanding of Filmmaking platforms, modules, equipment etc.
• Readiness to explore and integrate GenAI into the workflow.
• Ability to adapt one's skillset to different types of film-making processes.
• Knowledge of advanced plug-ins, like Red Giant Suite, Overlord etc.
• Color Grading, Subtitle creation, Spell check competency are a requisite.
• Ability to create character animations in After Effects/Animate CC is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CINEMA 4D, Blender or other 3D software is an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of various technical specifications like formats, CODECs, encoding,


etc.

• Knowledge of various media like web, mobile, social media, etc. across different platforms


and devices.

• Keen eye for style and fast turn-around on tasks with attention to detail.
