- Motion Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Motion Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a sharp eye for design to create visually captivating graphics and engaging video content. The ideal candidate should excel in graphic design software and video editing tools and possess a solid understanding of visual storytelling. A strong portfolio showcasing a passion for motion design and graphic arts is essential. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually stunning and engaging animations for various projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

l Design and create compelling and wide range of innovative motion graphics content, animations, visual effects, and creatives (static posters) for social media, campaigns, internal communications, branding, sales team & product UI overviews

l Collaborate across teams across the organization to conceptualize daily, series, and franchise visual storytelling in video, broadcast, social and other contexts.

l Conceptualize and execute ideas based on creative briefs and project requirements

l Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and marketers, to meet deadlines and objectives

l Maintain and improve upon brand guidelines and visual consistency across all projects

l Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation techniques

Requirements:

l Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role

l Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop & relevant tool

l Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in motion design, animation, and visual effect

l Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

l Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently to meet project goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

l Knowledge of video editing, compositing, and colour correction techniques

l Experience in creating animations optimized for various platforms and devices (Web, Mobile, Social media)

l Experience with Adobe programming including Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition

l Skilled at templating, editing, and illustration

l Comfortable leading creative direction

l Is a critical thinker and collaborator

l Demonstrated attention to detail through the stages of product life cycles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
