ROLE :- Creative - Event/MICE/Exhibition/Activation etc.

LOCATION :- Mumbai (East)

PROFILE

? Hands on experience in designing and visualizing with proper technical knowledge

? Should have actively participated in pitches and won projects

? Should be well versed & very handy with software's like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editing, all kind of Animation etc. as required in profile.

? Ability to understand Briefs & to handle them independently (minimal/no supervision) -

• Brief working - ensuring relevant research (domestic, international), ideation, references etc.
• Out of the box thinking - Newness, Innovation in all designs/concepts, Feasibility
• Delivering Designs ensuring - Relevance, Feasibility, Budgetary guidelines, Quality,

Newness, Timelines etc.

• Design Conversion - should be able to provide concepts/designs with a hit rate of

minimum 75%

? Ideate, Conceptualize & Design elements like - Theme Based Props (Creating Logo Design, Logo animation, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Mailers, Backdrop, Entrance, Standee etc.) Collateral, Branding, Innovative ideas etc.

? Ability to understand various Layouts, Dimensions- banquets, hall, arena etc. to make

correct designs wrt set-up technicalities, seating, all other requirements etc.

? Should have Technical knowledge wrt creating proper & correct Layouts, Artworks, Print files (as per client guidelines) basis production requirement, details & sizes

? Ensuring 24x7 timely support, resolution during planning& roll outs

? Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the reproduction is as perbrief specifications and quality standards

? Active participation in brainstorming sessions suggest solutions, innovative ideas etc.

as required.
? Should have a fair knowledge of print & related technology to check creatives during pre-production sampling

? To ensure that a properly organized databank of all relevant designs, files, artworks

etc. pertaining to each brief is always maintained

? Stay updated of emerging technologies in media, design software, new trends &

developments in the design field

? Keep organization abreast with developments in industry to help plan effectively &

better than the competition

? Willingness & ability to work late hours

? Out of the Box Thinker/Highly imaginative

? Time management, highly organized & be able to manage b/w multiple briefs in tight deadlines with positive attitude

? Have good designing skills with a good eye for detailing & fabulous execution ability

? Focused, disciplined, self-driven & result oriented in fast paced environment

? Deliver creative and aesthetic design renders on projects across scale (small-large)

EXPERIENCE

? Minimum 1 years of experience in Motion Graphic Designing & Video Editing

? Working Knowledge of - GIF Mailers, Video making/editing, Logo animation, Flash

Player etc.

QUALIFICATION

Degree/Diploma/PG Course from Design Institute/College/Academy etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
