Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations, videos, and graphic content that bring our ideas and messages to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, including logos, transitions, infographics, and promotional videos, for a variety of media platforms.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to trainees, answering questions and troubleshooting design and technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates to ensure that training content is relevant and aligned with current practices.
• Work closely with creative directors and team members to develop design concepts and visual storytelling strategies that meet project goals and objectives.
• Edit video footage, adding motion graphic elements, special effects, sound, and transitions to create cohesive and visually compelling final products.
• Create storyboards to outline animation sequences and communicate the visual flow of projects to clients and team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video production (a strong portfolio is essential).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Coral Draw.
