- Graphic Designer and Motion Design Creating Motion Graphics in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Editing Video, Audio, and Motion Graphics in Adobe Premiere. Utilizing Photoshop when needed to alter images. Utilizing our Project Management tool to track workflow. Strict adherence to a file management structure. Enhance content with engaging motion designs/ animation for multiple marketing channels that helps drive the brand narrative. Shoot, create animation/info-graphical content and manage all the technical aspects of production as required, Conceptualize, Design and produce graphics driven videos, storyboards and other assets of animation/motion design. Requirements A graduate Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to create compelling visual narratives through motion graphics, integrating various elements like text, images, and video seamlessly. Familiarity with 3D modelling and animation, special effects, and compositing techniques. Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to take and implement constructive feedback to enhance designs and animations. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. With a clear understanding of the end-to-end Motion Design and Video Production process, including VFX, live action integration, camera tracking, and 3D compositing, the Senior Motion Designer will bring expertise to every project Strong understanding of professional video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production environments, workflows, equipment and technologies. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
