We are seeking a talented Motion & Graphic Designer cum Trainer to join our team. This unique role requires both technical expertise in design and animation, and the ability to teach and mentor students. You will create visually compelling graphic and motion design projects while developing and delivering engaging instructional content to help students master key design skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and motion graphics for instructional purposes and industry projects.
• Lead classes and workshops on graphic design, motion graphics, and animation, covering topics such as design principles, software skills, and project workflows.
• Teach students to use industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Mentor and provide feedback on student projects, helping them refine their portfolios and develop professional skills.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in any design related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic and motion design, preferably with some teaching or training experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work, including animation and multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with 3D tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for students at different skill levels.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success and growth.
