Responsibilities:

• Create Stunning Motion Graphics: Design and animate eye-catching motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and brand storytelling.
• Video Editing & Animation: Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation software to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand's visual identity.
• Visual Storytelling: Bring concepts to life through dynamic animations, ensuring that each project tells a compelling and cohesive story.
• Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop graphics and animations that strengthen the company's brand image and engage the target audience.
• Cross-Platform Content Creation: Develop motion graphics and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members, taking feedback and incorporating it into revisions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Monitor performance metrics and make data-informed adjustments to animations and video content.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, transitions, and compositing techniques.
• Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion design projects, animations, and video editing work.
• Social Media Knowledge: Basic knowledge of social media content creation and management.

Preferred Candidates:

• Availability: Ready to start immediately and available for full-time employment or at least a 9-month contract.
• Versatility: Experience in producing a variety of motion graphics for different platforms and audiences.
• Industry Awareness: Familiarity with emerging motion design trends and social media best practices.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with other designers, marketers, and content creators.
