Job Role:

A Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible to create animated graphics, visuals effects, Product and Service Posters, Latest Offer Posters, and all the graphics work to post advertisements on various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, twitter etc. Along with that he/she should be expert in Video Editing, making and editing professional YouTube videos and shorts on YouTube and Instagram reels. He/ she should also help to do weekly podcasts and various type advertisements, SEO, Increase Google ranking and must be a professional one to do work in challenges and overcome them with ability, Innovation, smart-work, technology and hard-work and believes in Long term association with the company. He/ She should be expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), In Design, Canva, stunning graphics, digital campaigns, social media posts, infographics posters and can create SEO friendly and engaging multimedia content etc.

Job details:

• Position: Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Experience: 3-5 yrs
• Job location: Hybrid (WFO+WFH)
• Package: 20-40k p.m. + Lucrative Incentives
• Eligible for Incentives after 1 month of Probation
• Hybrid Work, Flexible Split Shifts, 6 Days working
• Shift timings: 8 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm
• Overall 9 hour of shift with flexible timings and Include Lunch break
• Only Local Candidates preferred from Tricity

Required skills:

• Good Communication skills.
• Innovative, proactive and a quick learner
• Expertise in Motion graphics and Video editing
• Strong technical skills on Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, In Design, Canva etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Cooperative and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking to understand the creative direction of a project

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design stunning graphics for digital campaigns
• Create eye-catching social media posts, infographics, and web assets
• Develop engaging videos for various social platforms
• Collaborate with our marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
• Create SEO friendly and engaging content
• Work on the mentioned software such as in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, In Design, Canva etc.
• Create videos from concept to production, including scripting, illustration, and animation
• Use 2D or 3D animation to bring the design to life
• Create motion graphics, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences
• Meet with CEO and Manager to understand their needs and share the innovation and unique ideas.
