Job OverviewMotion graphic designer with strong experience in 2d animation, video editing and have a general idea about storyboard designing with illustration skill :Activities to be performed:2d animated scene creation based on the storyboard providedImprovisation of scenes to achieve additional outputEditing video as per the client instructionWork with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather informationComfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictionsWorking as individual or as a team playerAbility to communicate clearly with the teamRead scripts and storylines to understand animation requirementsEnsure synchronization of frames and audioParticipate in editing processCollaborate with production crew (designers, script writers etc.)Apply agile working practices within the team to support efficiencies with real time development (that work with onshore or offshore team members) with the support of the LeadsRequirementsLevel of experience: 2-5 yearsEducation/qualifications: Graduate and above, specialization in motion graphic and videographyDegree in computer animation, fine arts or relevant field.Knowledge of Technology: Proficient in software like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop, Audition, MS Office. 3D skills (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D) will be an added advantageIndustry experience: 2-3 years in motion graphics and character animation.Technical capability: Should have a good grasp and practical experience in applying various motion graphic design and Character animation. Should have experience in tools such as Adobe After Effects and PremiereKey personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the latest technology, eye for details, flexibility to adapt to new situations, strong verbal and written communication skills.
