Job Description

• Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and video content.
• Collaborate with creative teams, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Develop animations and motion designs for advertising, promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, and social media content.
• Ensure that motion graphics align with the overall branding and design guidelines of clients.
• Edit and enhance pre-existing video footage with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation.
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of animations into web platforms, mobile apps, or interactive projects.
• Provide input in the pre-production phase, including storyboarding and ideation.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a digital agency or related environment.
• Strong proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or other 3D software).
• Proven experience with video editing, compositing, and creating motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing the creative boundaries.
• Experience in storyboarding, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of audio-visual integration (synchronizing sound effects and music with motion).
• Experience with HTML5/CSS animations or motion for interactive web design is a plus.
