Job Title: Motion Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and animation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through motion. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and visually compelling animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design motion graphics that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Animation: Create high-quality animations, including 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated visual effects.
• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards that outline the animation sequences and ensure they align with the overall project vision.
• Editing and Post-Production: Work on video editing and post-production tasks, including color correction, sound design, and final output preparation.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other animation tools to produce animations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to integrate motion design into various media formats.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the work produced meets quality standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and animation, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of the work produced.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve animations and motion graphics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D animation and rendering.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for motion design in digital interfaces.
• Experience in video production and sound design.
