: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young students. The Mother Teacher will play a critical role in the holistic development of each child, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional growth.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Graduation/Post-graduation degree and B.Ed is mandatory

Minimum 2 years' experience in teaching students of primary level in a reputed CBSE school

She must be a highly-motivated professional possessing innovative teaching skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Foster a love for learning and curiosity in young students.
• Monitor and support the individual progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
