: Mother Teacher for Grade 1
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a nurturing classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic development of Grade 1 students.
• Implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans following the school's curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Encourage positive behavior and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
