Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and standards. Create a classroom culture of respect, curiosity, and high expectations. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the learning needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning. Participate in curriculum development, school events, and staff meetings. Maintain accurate and complete records of student performance and attendance. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Ensure discipline and safety of students during school hours and activities.
