- Provide hands-on care and support, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.

- Monitor and record children's development and report any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom.
