: Underwriting (Operations)
Experience: 2+ Years
Work Mode: Work from Home
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end underwriting processes, primarily focusing on conventional loans with various types of wages.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines (preferred but not required).
• Accurately calculate different types of income for loan underwriting.
• Apply expertise in the 4 C's of underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Collateral, and Capital).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in underwriting, especially with conventional loans.
• Strong understanding of income calculation methods.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
